Cafe Blog: #morethanacup | The Little House Cafe
I started this cafe train blog way back 2019 in the UAE. It's a self love made project. I was able to post a few but got disconnected with the blog project due to my health. It was hard for me to go back in blogging after what happened.
But before April of this year ends, I want to continue this blog journey. A blogger friend based in UAE (Pinayhakawati) encouraged me as she read my first entry to continue cafe hopping as part of my self healing. It marked my heart that someone out there still believes in me and that I should go move forward to this. That's why I'm here, Continuing what I've already started.
My childhood (Debhiekitty) friend invited me for a coffee date. It was a good Saturday afternoon. Both sleep deprived twenties girls seeking work life balance. Who would have thought were just playing in the neighborhood and all of sudden we're adults!
I honestly prefer those hole in the wall cafes. (As my friend pinayhakawati call it, thanks for the new vocabulary)
We found The Little Coffee House located along the Aguinaldo highway Anabu 1st Imus Cavite. It's a little cafe beside a car tint shop. Their front yard is the first thing to love. Comprise of rocky flooring, hanging plants, glass windows and doors with bold black framing, all aesthetic. The indoor is a small space with vintage decors, wooden furniture and industrial rusty chic interior.
Top the tables with three good things in life: coffee, to keep you awake to face the reality of life. candle, to give you light when you're down and the way is dark. A plant to remind you that you always deserve inner peace.
There menu is simple and short. But if you ask me, they can do better than that. Drop the plain white paper and turn it to more appealing to the eye. As they said, menu is the representation of the shop. It's an internal advertisement tool that could help the small business build its brand.
The most likable in the cafe is the people behind it. We're able to get a little conversation with the owner. The dedication and passion to run a cafe is truly admirable. They even recognize my friend as the one who inquired on their page before going in the cafe.
Going back on the real purpose of this post, this is not a review but lemme give a glimpse of my experience in the cafe just in case you drop by in Cavite area.
Again, This is how I wanted to share, how I explore the bitter sweet taste of coffee the same way I experience what life is.
As I spent time with a friend from my childhood, I realized how we grow up suddenly. We're still the kids who just want to enjoy the day but the heavy world changed us quickly. We're grown up dealing with different adult matters. A tap of actuality that throughout the life, there will be more to put up with. The older you are the more you have to shoulder.
So here's to the little us who manage to go through all this, let's try our best not to be change by time, by external force and by the people we love around us. Though we're all growing, I wished we don't forget to keep the happy heart as how we have it back the old days.
til next cafe exploration and life realization.

The post and the images are really encouraging me to visit the place. You seemed had a great time. And if you wanted to do more great times, have you seen a drone show? I heard that Omniyat's big launch will have the grandest and best drone shows.
