Beef Bibimbap
Annyeong!
Last year, I became a huge fan "again" of K-dramas and now trapped in it. It was unavoidable not to easily adapt their expressions, fashion, music and of course, their love for food. I will bet, Kdrama is not a solid Kdrama without Eating and Food scenes.
Today, I'll be sharing one of my favorite Korean dish - BIBIMBAP. This is simple to look at but actually consumes effort and time but I assure you that this is affordable, healthy and good for your taste buds!
BEEF BIBIMBAP

3 cups rice
400g ground beef
- chopped garlic

1/2 onion
beans sprout
kangkong
1/4 cabbage (optional- this is just a left over from my previous craft)
salt & pepper
Sesame seeds
3 eggs
kimchi
• Cut the carrot, cucumber and onion in strips
(I am amazed how korean perfectly cut vegetables into slices of matchsticks size. seriously do you have machine for that?)
• Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan, and sauté the onions then carrots and beans sprout in salt and pepper. set aside.
• On the same pan, Sauté ground beef with garlic, mushroom and oyster sauce. Add sesame seeds.
• Boil kangkong leaves.
• Don't forget to fry the eggs :)
Here are all the Ingredients, Prepared and ready to go. Set the cup of rice in a deep bowl. Arrange the toppings as you wish. Don't forget the kimchi! ^_^
I'm bad with frying eggs. :(
Create another bowl for your family and friends! mix it up well and enjoy!
